Impact Computers now offers our online repair service. This convenient service allows one of our expert technicians to remotely log into your computer without you having to disconnect your computer. This is done securely and when you disconnect with us, there is no way that we can log onto your computer again without your permission. Charges are the same as an in-shop repair, payable with a credit card.
